CONDITION - All returns must be in their original condition, with tags attached including a hygiene seal. We will not accept tampered or worn returns. If the item does not meet expectations, we will email to notify.
SALE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS - All sale items are final sale. These cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit.
FAULTY ITEMS - Items that are deemed faulty will receive a full refund.
TIME FRAME All returns must be returned within 30 days of purchasing.
PROCESSING RETURNS ONCE RECEIVED As we work with a 3PL for our returns, please allow 4-7 business days for your return to be processed. We process all returns on a Wednesday, and if your return is received after this day, it will then be processed the following Wednesday.

TIME FRAME All online returns must be lodged within 7 days post receiving your goods.
FULL PRICED ITEMS Eligible for a refund or online store credit valued at 110%.
10% OFF WELCOME CODE Full priced items purchased using the 10% welcome code are eligible for a refund or an online store credit valued at 110%. Any items purchased on sale over the value of 10% or using a promotional sale code are considered FINAL SALE, and not able to be returned.

RETURNS RECEIVED IN UNSELLABLE CONDITION All items must be in their original condition with hygiene stickers attached. If deemed 'unsellable' we will issue a credit note, minus a $50 admin fee.
SHIPPING All customers are liable for their return shipping costs.
