Returns

APPLICABLE TO ALL RETURNS

 

CONDITION - All returns must be in their original condition, with tags attached including a hygiene seal. We will not accept tampered or worn returns. If the item does not meet expectations, we will email to notify. 

 

SALE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS - All sale items are final sale. These cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit. 

 

FAULTY ITEMS - Items that are deemed faulty will receive a full refund.

 

TIME FRAME All returns must be returned within 30 days of purchasing. 

 

PROCESSING RETURNS ONCE RECEIVED As we work with a 3PL for our returns, please allow 4-7 business days for your return to be processed. We process all returns on a Wednesday, and if your return is received after this day, it will then be processed the following Wednesday.

TIME FRAME All online returns must be lodged within 7 days post receiving your goods. 


SALE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
All sale items are final sale. These cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit. 


RETURNS RECEIVED IN UNSELLABLE CONDITION 
All items must be in their original condition with hygiene stickers attached. If deemed 'unsellable' we will issue a credit note, minus a $50 admin fee. 

SHIPPING All customers are liable for their return shipping costs.
