 APPLICABLE TO ALL RETURNS

 

CONDITION - All returns must be in their original condition, with tags attached including a hygiene seal. We will not accept tampered or worn returns. If the item does not meet expectations, we will email to notify.

SALE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS – All sale items are final sale. These cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit. 

FAULTY ITEMS – Items that are deemed faulty will receive a full refund.

TIME FRAME- All returns must be returned within 30 days of purchasing.

 

ONLINE RETURNS

TIME FRAME -All online returns must be lodged  7 days post receiving the goods

FULL PRICED ITEMS – Eligible for a refund or online store credit valued at 110%.

10% OFF WELCOME CODE – Full priced items purchased using the 10% welcome code are eligible for a refund or an online store credit valued at 110%. Any items purchased on sale over the value of 10% or using a promotional sale code are considered FINAL SALE, and not able to be returned.

SALE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS- sale items or promotional items with a discount greater than 10% are not eligible for a return 

RETURNS RECEIVED IN UNSELLABLE CONDITION - All items must be in their original condition with hygiene stickers attached. If deemed 'unsellable' we will issue a credit note, minus a $50 admin fee. 

SHIPPING - Customers are liable for return shipping costs.



ONLINE ORDERS RETURNED IN-STORE

We are happy to accept online returns to our Australian stores, however we are unable to process refunds. All refunds can only be issued when lodging online and returning the goods via post to our dispatch warehouse for processing. 

FULL PRICED ITEMS - Eligible for exchange or credit note.

EXCHANGES - If the exchanged items are of lesser value than the original purchase, we can only refund this money in the form of a credit note.

CREDIT NOTE - When issuing a credit note, this can only be used in-store, not online.

SALE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS - sale items or promotional items with a discount greater than 10% are not eligible for a return
