 APPLICABLE TO ALL RETURNS

 

CONDITION - All returns must be in their original condition, with tags attached including a hygiene seal. We will not accept tampered or worn returns. If the item does not meet expectations, we will email to notify.

SALE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS – All sale items are final sale. These cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit. 

FAULTY ITEMS – Items that are deemed faulty will receive a full refund.

TIME FRAME - All returns must be lodged 7 days post receiving the goods, and returned within 30 days of purchasing.

NINA GORDON - Our return policy applies to all necklaces. All earrings are final sale and cannot be returned; due to health and hygiene laws. 

 

ONLINE RETURNS

TIME FRAME - All online returns must be lodged 7 days post receiving the goods, and returned within 30 days of purchasing.

FULL PRICED ITEMS – Eligible for a refund or online store credit valued at 115%.

$15 OFF WELCOME CODE – Full priced items purchased using the $15 off welcome code are eligible for a refund or an online store credit valued at 115%. Any items purchased on sale over the value of 10% or using a promotional sale code are considered FINAL SALE, and not able to be returned.

SALE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS - Sale items or promotional items with a discount greater than 10% are not eligible for a return 

RETURNS RECEIVED IN UNSELLABLE CONDITION - All items must be in their original condition with hygiene stickers attached. If deemed 'unsellable' we will issue a credit note, minus a $50 admin fee. 

SHIPPING - Customers are liable for return shipping costs.



ONLINE ORDERS RETURNED IN-STORE

All online purchases must be sent back through our online portal and to our warehouse.  

Online orders are unable to be dropped off to our Byron Bay Store. The have no affiliation with online purchases.

Online orders can be dropped off at our Freshwater Store, ensuring your return has been pre -lodged via our online portal. Please note your return will not be processed until the next return day - Tuesday or Thursday.

IN-STORE RETURNS 

For any purchases made directly in our stores.
