Postcards from Palm Beach
At ELCE, we believe inspiration isn’t found only in studios or offices, but in the spaces in between - the places where we allow ourselves to pause, reset and see differently. ELCE Escapes is our way of capturing those moments: journeys that spark creativity, remind us of our roots and shape the collections we create. Each escape becomes a postcard - a glimpse into the people, places and rituals that breathe life into ELCE.
For our very first escape, we stayed close to home.
Tucked away on the quiet shoreline of Palm Beach, The Little Black Shack became the backdrop for a two-night director’s retreat - a moment to pause, reset and reignite inspiration.
Perched just above the tide line, the home held a quiet kind of magic. Mornings unfolded slowly with the ocean as our soundtrack, opening space for reflection, reconnection and creativity.
Between swims and shared meals, we began the exciting process of designing our High Summer collection - pulling together mood boards, experimenting with colour blocking and gathering inspiration to pass on to our design assistant. We also took time to revisit ELCE’s brand identity, exploring what felt authentic and what needed refining.
It was a return to essence. A grounding moment true to our coastal roots and the first of many ELCE Escapes - the beginning of something fresh and beautiful.
